Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 chicken
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
300 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
2 tsp lime juice
4 tbsp water
oil

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
10 red lomboks
11 red small shallots
200 gr tomatos
11 peteh beans (stink beans)
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Preperation/method:
Slice the chicken into pieces and the garlic fine. Marinate the chicken with the lime juice, the salt and the garlic for 15 minutes. Heat in a wok the santen and cook it until done. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken brown and serve it with the sauce.

Bereiding sauce:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the water and cook it for a short period.
