Sayap Goreng Kemiri

ingredients:
4 chickenwings
2 kemiri (candlenuts)
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp ketumbar
2 salam leaves
1 lime (juice)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
300 ml water
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Roste the kemiri dry in a skillet. Sprinkle the wings with the lime juica and let it marinade for 15 minutes. Heat in a pan the water and add all ingredients and let it cook slowly for 20 minutes. Remove the wings and drain them. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the wings golden brown.
