Sayap Goreng Ebi
fried spiced chicken wings

10 chicken wings
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp ebi
2 salam leaves
1 lemongrass stalk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
1cm galangal
3 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 kemiri/candle nuts
1cm jahe
1cm kunyit
2 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Marinate the wings with the lime juice and leave for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Soak the ebi in some water, toast it in a dry frying pan and grind it fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and lemon grass for 3 minutes. Add the wings and fry briefly. Then add the ebi, palm sugar and the salt and mix. Then add water and cook until done.
