Ayam Goreng Bumbu Kemiri dan Serai
fried chicken thighs with candlenuts and lemongrass

Bahan-bahan:

ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
1 lime
oil

Haluskan:

bumbu:
5 kemiri (candle nuts)
7 sereh (lemongrass)
5 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Sqeeuze the lime and rub the thighs with it and let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse the thighs with cold water. Marinate the thighs with the bumbu and let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the thighs golden brown and done.
