Stewed beef with cassava and papaya

250 gr beef
2500 ml of water
1 small bunch of cassava leaf
50 gr papaya leaf
50 gr labu / pumpkin leaf
3 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
1 sweet corn, kernels only
250 gr potatoes
2 red lomboks
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
Water and salt

Cara Membuat:
Wash the papaya leaves first with a solution of salt water. Heat in a pan of water and cook the papaya leaves and the cassava leaves until done. Drain and cut the leaves into pieces. Cut the meat into cubes, the garlic and the shallots in thin slices and the lamboks in rings and the potatoes in cubes.
Heat in a pan the water with the meat and cook it half-cooked. Then add the garlic, the lomboks, the corn and the potatoes and cook until nearly done. Then add the lomboks, salt, pepper and palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the cassava, papaya and labu leaves and slowly cook until done.
