Daging Kecap Bawang Putih
beef in a kecap garlic sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef (shank)
6 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
2 red lomboks
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palmsugar
500 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

1-2 tsp fried garlic

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Chop the garlic finely and grate the jahe. Deseed the lomboks and cut finely.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color. Then add the kecap, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook on low heat until done. Sprinkle the garlic on top and serve.
