Udang Bumbu Bali
spicy fried shrimp from Bali

400g large shrimp/prawns
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 salam leaf
3 jeruk purut
1 eetlk kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp asemwater
200 ml water
4 tablespoons oil
9 shallots
6 cloves garlic
5 red chilies
5 red rawits
1 tomato
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1cm jahe
Cara membuat:
Clean the Shrimp/prawn but leave the tail. Marinate the prawns with lemon juice and salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and jerut purut for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp/prawn and cook 2 minutes. Then add the kecap, salt, palm sugar, the asemwater and water and cook everything gently until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
