Cah Kangkung Bunga Pepaya
slowly stewed kangkung with tuna and papaya
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr papaya flowers
salt
water
3 bunches kangkung
1 cm jahe
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
100 gr smoked tuna
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 bunches of kemangi
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
5 red rawits
1 cm kunyit, roasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Sprinkle some salt over the flowers and squeeze them out. Rinse and repeat 4 times. Heat in a pan of water and cook the flowers. Drain and repeat.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Shred the tuna.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the serai and jahe and fry for another 2 minutes. Then mix in the tuna.
Then mix in the flowers, the kangkung, the jeruk purut and the kemangi and fry it until halfdone. Then add the water, the palm sugar and the salt and bring it to the boil while stirring. Serve.
