spicy fried chicken pieces

450 gr chickenbreast
2 red lomboks
6 dried rawits
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe (ginger)


2 spring onions

Cara membuat:
Slice the garlic, the spring onions and the lomboks fine. Chop the rawits and the jahe. Cut the chicken into pieces and mix it with the corn starch, the salt, the pepper and 1 tbsp kecap and let it rest for 45 minutes.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken until it changes colour and remove it from  the wok. Add the garlic, the lomboks and the jahe and fry it for 1 minute. Add the chicken, the rawits and the kecap and fry it until the chicken is done. Sprinkle the spring onion on top and serve.
