Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
200 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
2 salam leaves
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
4 kemiri nuts, roasted
1/4 tsp jinten / cumin
1/2 tbsp ketumbar, roasted

Haluskan:
garnish:
3 shallots, finely chopped and fried

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 10 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until done.
Then add the salam and the lengkuas and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Then add the salt and palm sugar and cook until the sauce thickens.
Then sprinkle over the bawang goreng on top and serve.
