Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr chicken thighs or 1 small chicken
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
10 red rawits
3 cm jahe
2 salam leaf
1 tsp salt
250ml water

Bahan sambal:
ingredients sambal:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
1 tomato
2 tsp terasi/trasi bakar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Finely chop the shallots, garlic, lombok, rawits and jahe. Mix this with the chicken, salam and salt.
Spoon this into a bowl and add the water and steam the chicken for 50 minutes until done. Serve the chicken with the sambal.

Sambal:
Steam the shallots, garlic, lomboks and tomato until soft. Pound or grind it together with the terasi and the salt into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paste until the oil is released. Then mix in the palm sugar.
