Tumis Kangkung 2
spicy spinach

500 gr kangkung (else spinach)
5 cloves garlic
2 shallots
2 red lomboks (large chilies)
2 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp salt
1 spring onion
125 ml water
4 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks fine. Chop the spring onion. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks and the trassi for 3 minutes. Add the kangkung and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the salt and the water followed by the spring onion and let it simmer slowly until the kangkung is cooked.
