Tumis Sawi Ayam Kecap
stir-fry of chicken and sawi hijau

500 gr chicken thighs
200 gr rice flour
100 ml chicken stock
2 bunches of sawi hijau / mustard green
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
1/4 onion
1 red lombok
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp of salt
6 tbsp kecap manis

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes and roll it through the rice flour. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the cubes until golden brown and set aside. Thinly slice the shallots, onion and garlic. Chop the lombok finely. Cut the sawi into pieces
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, onion and shallots for 3 minutes. Then add the stock, sawi, lombok, salt, pepper and kecap and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the meat and mix everything well. Serve.
