Tumis daun kari ayam
fragrant fried chicken with curry

1/2 chicken
1 tsp lime juice
6 jeruk purut
2 sereh
1 tsp curry
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palmsugar
200 ml water
9 curry leaves
2 tablespoons oil
2cm kunyit
8 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Devine the jeruk purut. Marinate the chicken with lime juice and leave it for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut and lemon grass for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry until brown. Then add the curry, salt, pepper and sugar, followed by the water. Bake until done. Add the curry leaves and fry for 1 minute.
