Ayam Goreng Asam
fried spicy chicken

1 heavy chicken (1500gr)
5-6 tbsp asam water
4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp jinten
1 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Grate the kunyit and the garlic. Mix the garlic, salt, pepper, palm sugar, ketumbar, jinten and asam water. Rub the chicken with the mixture and let it rest for at least 2 hours. Remove the chicken from the sauce and let it drain.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 4 minutes on medium heat until the chicken is golden brown. Then over low heat and covered, fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes until the chicken is done. Serve.
