spicy fried chicken livers

10 chicken livers
10 chicken stomachs
4 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
15 red rawits
2 tablespoons of asamwater (2 teaspoons tamarind + 2 tablespoons of water)
300 ml of water
2 teaspoon of palm sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons of oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the shallots and garlic into pieces. Pound or grind the rawits fine. Cut the spring onion into thin rings. Cut the livers and stomachs into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and rawits for 3 minutes. Then add the livers and stomachs and mix well. Then add water, palm sugar, salt, pepper and asam water and mix well. Cook/simmer slowly until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and serve.
