Hati Ayam Pedas Krispi
crispy fried spicy chicken livers

5 pair chicken livers
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
200 ml of ice water

Bahan pelapis:
ingredients batter:
3 red dried lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tapioca flour
75 gr fine flour

Cara membuat:
Puree the garlic and mix it with the salt, lemon juice, pepper and livers and leave it for at least 15 minutes.
Pound or grind the lomboks finely and mix it with the salt, the pepper, the tapioca flour and the flour.
Roll the livers through the mixture so that they are coated and then through the ice water and again through the mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the livers until golden brown, cooked and crispy. Serve.
