Satai Ayam Bumbu Cabai Hijau

400 gr chicken thighs
2 salam leaf
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
15 satay skewers

5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
6 green cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
3 green lomboks
1 cm jahe
1/4 tsp ketumbar, roasted
2 kemiri nuts, roasted

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam for 5 minutes. Then mix in the pepper, salt, palm sugar and water and bring to a boil. Let it cool down afterwards.
Then mix in the chicken and let it marinate for 45 minutes. Thread the chicken on the skewers and roast it over a charcoal fire until brown and done. Serve.
