Oseng-Oseng Ati Ampela
spicy braised chicken

7 gizzards, cooked
4 cloves of garlic
6 shallots
3 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
5 green rawits
1 salam leaf
1 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 sprigs of celery
1 tbsp of oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the gizzards into pieces. Thinly slice the shallots and garlic. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings and slice the rawits fine. Cut the celery into pieces.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic, the shallots, the lomboks, the rawits, the salam and the galangal for 5 minutes. Then add the gizzards and mix well.
Then add the salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and mix well and cook until the moisture thickens. Then mix in the celery and serve.
