Oseng Mercon Ati Ampela
Spicy chicken
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
10 chicken hearts
4 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 green tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 tbsp asam water
water
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
15 red rawits
1 tsp terasi / trasi
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan of water and cook the hearts until tender. Then cut it into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a coarse paste. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the serai and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and fry until soft. Then add the hearts and mix well. Then add the salt, the palm sugar, the water and the asam water and mix everything well. Cook / fry it further until done.
