Kaki Ayam Masak Pindang
seasoned stewed chicken feet

20 pieces of chicken feet (approx. 400 gr)
1000 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp kecap manis
5 belimbing wuluh
3 green tomatoes

4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
2 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the belimbing in half and the tomatoes in pieces.
Heat the water in a pan with the feet and cook until done. Then add the bumbu, palm sugar, pepper, kecap and salt and cook until the spices are completely absorbed.
Then add the belimbing and the tomatoes and cook until done.
