chicken balls in spicy sauce

Bahan Bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr minced chicken
50 gr minced beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 egg white / protein
oil

Bahan kuah semur:
ingredient sauce:
7 shallots
2 cm jahe
3 cloves
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
500 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
4 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne)

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the minced meat with the salt, the nutmeg and the egg white and form firm balls. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls until brown and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Finely chop the shallots and crush the jahe and the cloves.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots together with the bumbu, jahe and clove for 5 minutes. Then mix in the balls.
Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done. Serve.
