spicy stewed duck

500 g duck
500 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp lime, juice
4 cm lengkuas / galangal /laos
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
1 tbsp palm sugar
5 red rawits

2 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 red rawits
2 cm jahe
5 cm kencur
3 kemiri nuts
2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Clean the duck and cut it into 10 pieces and rub it in with the lime juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, the laos, the jeruk purut, the salam, the palm sugar, the rawits and the duck and bring it to the boil while stirring. Cook gently until the duck is done and serve.
