spiced fried chicken from South-east Sulawesi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 tomato
2 salam leaves
1 lemongrass stalk
2 cm jahe
400 ml water
3 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 red rawits
3 red chilies
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam, the lemongrass and jahe for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry gently. Then add water and bake the chicken until the sauce has thickened.
