Printil Ayam Masak Tomat
meatballs in a spicy red sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr minced chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ketumbar
1 tomato
4 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 spring onion
100 ml of water
100 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp oil

bumbu:
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 tomatoes
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tomato into pieces and the spring onion into 1/2 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients of the bumbu fine into a paste.
Mix the mince with the salt and the ketumbar and form small balls.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato and the rawits and fry until soft.
Then add the balls and fry until they change colour. Then add the salt, pepper and slice sugar and mix well.
Then add the water and the stock and cook until done. Then mix in the spring onion and serve.
