grilled / baked chicken
5 tbsp asam water
75 ml of coconut milk
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe
1 serai / sereh / citrus grass, white part
8 cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix in the asam water, coconut milk, salt, pepper and cinnamon and form a marinade.
Marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours. Then place the chicken with the marinade in an oven dish and fry the chicken at 180 degrees for 50 minutes until brown and done.
