Ayam Pelalah
spicy fried chicken / broiler from Bali

1/2 broiler
1 tsp lime juice
3 red lomboks
2 tbsp oil

5 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
2 cm kunyit
4 kemiri nuts
10 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 cm lengkuas / galangal
4 cm of kencur
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tomato
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Seed the lomboks and cut them into thin rings.
Roast or fry the chicken over a charcoal fire until brown. Then shred the chicken and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and mix well and fry the chicken until done. Then mix in the lime juice and the lomboks. Serve.
