Ayam Budu-budu
stewed chicken with spring onion

1/2 chicken
1 lemon, juice
750 ml of water
5 cm jahe
1 tbsp asam water
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 6 pieces and finely chop the spring onion. Grate the jahe. Rub the chicken with the lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse off.
Heat in a pan the water and add the chicken, the jahe, the pepper, the salt and the asam water and cook the chicken gently and covered until done. Scoop the spring onion through and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
