Ayam Berbumbu
Roasted fireworks (very hot) chicken
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
8 drumsticks
250 ml santen asli
500 ml santen cair
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 jeruk purut leaves
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
7 tbsp oil
water
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
10 red lomboks
15 dried chillies
11 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ketumbar
3 cm laos
5 kemiri/candlenuts
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Soak the chillies in water and drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil with the kecap.
Heat in a pan the rest of the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the chicken and mix well. Then add the santen cair and cook until the chicken is half done. Then add the santen asli and cook until the chicken is done and the sauce has thickened.
Spoon the the chicken out of the pan and mix it with the kecap mixture. Roast the chicken slowly over a charcoal fire until brown.
