Ayam Pedas Kecap
Chicken in spicy sweet soy/kecap sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
400 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red chilies
5 kemiri nuts
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe
 
Taburan:
garnish
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Cut the chilies for the garnish diagonally into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry it brown. Then add the kecap, salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add water and cook it covered for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Add half the garnish and fry it until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the rest of the garnish on top and serve.
