Ingredients:
750 gr cicken wings
1 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
7 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp water
100 ml oil

preparation/method:

Cut the jerul purut coarse. Mix the flour, the water, the salt and the curry paste well and coat the chicken with it and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the jeruk purut for a few seconds and remove them. Add the chicken and fry it in 10 minuten golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle the jeruk purut on top and serve.
