Cah kailan ayam
fried kai-lan with chicken

300g kai-lan
150g chicken thigh fillets
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp kecap asin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
150 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots into thin slices. Chop the garlic fine. Cut the kai-lan and the chicken into pieces. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the garlic and shallot for 1 minute. Add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the kai-lan and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the oyster sauce, the kecap, the salt, the pepper and add the broth and simmer gently until everything is cooked.
