Hati Sapi Masak Kecap Gurih

400 gr bovine liver
750 ml coconut milk
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
4 jeruk purut leaves
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of palm sugar

4 kemiri/candlenuts
4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
1 teaspoon ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Cut the liver into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, sereh and the jeruk purut and bring to the boil. Then add the liver, the kecap, the salt and the palm sugar and cook/simmer until done and until the sauce has thickened.
