Ayam Taoco Pedas
fried spicy chicken
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 bunch of chives
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 red rawits
2 salam leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
1 tbsp tauco
1 tomato
1/2 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
oil

Cut the chicken into 12 pieces and rub it in with the limone juice and salt and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Cut the shalots and garlic into thin slices, the rawits and the lomboks into strips and the chives in pieces. Cut the tomato into small pieces.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the chicken brown and cooked and set aside. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallots together with garlic, lomboks, rawits, salam and sereh for 4 minutes. Add the tauco and fry for 1 minute. Then add the tomato and chives and mix well. Then add the chicken and mix well. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar. Add the water and mix well and cook until done.
