Ayam Taoco Cabai Hijau
Green spicy chicken

1/2 chicken
3 garlic cloves
5 shallots
2 salam leaves
2 sereh stalks
3 green chilies
4 green tomatoes
2 tbsp tauco asin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp kecap asin
500 ml of water
1 tablespoon oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 10 pieces. Mince the garlic and cut the shallots finely. Cut the lomboks and tomatoes into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic, shallots, lemongrass and salam for 4 minutes. Add the chilies and tomatoes and fry them until soft. Add the tauco and the chicken and fry until brown. Then add the salt, pepper, palm sugar and the kecap and mix well. Add the water and cook slowly until done.
