Semur Ayam Pedas Manis
sweet and spicy chicken stew

Bahan-bahan:
1 chicken
3 salam leaves
1 jeruk purut leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
4 cm laos
5 tbsp kecap manis
1000 ml of water
3 tbsp water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
3 red rawits
4 cm jahe
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the laos, the sereh and the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry it brown. Add the water and the kecap and cook it slowly until done.
