Semur Ayam Pedas Sederhana
easy spicy chicken stew

1 chicken fillet
1 carrot
1 potato
1 cabbage leaf
1 spring onion
5 red lomboks
3 tbsp kecap manis
175 ml of water
4 tbsp oil

3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken and the cabbage into pieces, the carrot and the potato into cubes and the lomboks into thin rings. Cut the spring onion into strips of 3 cm length. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the lomboks and spring onion and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until brown. Then add the water, the carrot, the potato, the cabbage and the kecap and mix well. Simmer for a further 20 minutes until cooked.
