Ayam Tahu Bacem - fried chicken with tahu

Ayam Tahu Bacem
fried chicken with tahu
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
300 gr tahu / tofu
3 salam leaves
3 cm laos
75 g palm sugar
2 tsp salt
500 ml coconut water
500 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp ketumbar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken and the tahu into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut water, the water, the bumbu, the salam, the laos, the palm sugar, the salt, the chicken and the tahu and bring to the boil. Then simmer for 45 minutes until the chicken and the tahu are cooked. Spoon the chicken and the tahu out of the pan and set aside.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the chicken and tahu golden brown and crispy, then drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with Sambal Terasi (see recipe)
