Ayam Tangkap
fragrant chicken from Aceh 

1 chicken
500 ml of water
4 pandan leaf
4 salam
1/2 tbsp asam water (2 tsp Asam + 1 tablespoon of water)
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
fragrant leaves:
3 pandan leaf
8 salam
6 jeruk purut
2 kunyit
4 green chilies
6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red chillies (bird's eye)
4 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 30 pieces. Cut the pandan leaves into 4 pieces. Cut the leaves for the penghatum into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water and add all ingredients and slowly cook the chicken until the liquid has evaporated. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the chicken brown. Toss the chicken with the remaining ingredients (the greens) and serve.
