stewed duck in fragrant sauce

1 duck
1 tbsp asam / tamarind
1 tsp salt
800 ml of coconut water
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 salam leaf
4 cm laos
2 sereh / lemongrass
6 tbsp kecap manis

5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Cut the duck into four pieces and rub it in with salt and asam and let it rest for 15 minutes and then rinse off. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut water together with the duck, the palm sugar, the salam, the laos, the sereh and the bumbu and bring to the boil. Then add the kecap and mix well. Then slowly cook/simmer the duck until done.
