Stew of duck in spicy sauce

1 duck
4 tbsp oil
7 cm laos
3 salam leaves
2 sereh/lemongrass
1000 ml of water
6 tbsp kecap manis

5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
8 red lomboks
5 red rawits
1 tsp pepper
3 cm jahe
1 tbsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
6 tbsp kunyit
1 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Clean the duck, remove the glands and cut the duck into 20 pieces. Grate de laos. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the laos, the sereh and the salam and fry until dry. Then add the duck, mix well and fry until the meat changes colour. Then add the water and the kecap and stew until done.
