Semur Hati Ampela Lilit Usus
Stewed chicken pieces in a fragrant sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
8 chicken liver
8 chicken stomachs
300 gr chicken intestines
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 tbsp kecap manis
Bumbu Semur:
Ingredients sauce:
750 ml of water
10 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
1 tomato
5 cloves
3 cm cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp kecap manis
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Marinate the livers, stomachs and intestines with the lemon juice for at least 30 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and kecap and mix well and leave for 30 minutes. Then wrap the livers, the stomachs with the intestines and set aside.
Cut the shallots and the garlic coarsely and cut the tomato into small parts.
Heat in a pand the water together with the shallots, garlic, jahe, tomato, cloves, cinnamon, salt, pepper, nutmeg and kecap and bring to a boil. Then add the chicken packages and simmer until done.
