Semur Ayam Perintil

Bahan Perintil:
chicken balls:
200 gr chicken thight
50 gr minced beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
oil
Bahan semur:
ingredients sauce:
4 shallots
2 cm jahe
5 cloves
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp of palm sugar
750 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Chop the chicken thight finely and mix it with the minced meat, salt, nutmeg and egg to a homogeneous mass. Form small balls (1 tsp) of the mixture. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the balls brown and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the shalots into thin slices. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the shallots, the jahe and the cloves for 3 minutes. Add the chicken balls, the kecap, salt, pepper, nutmeg and palm sugar and mix well. Add the coconut milk and cook it slowly until the sauce has thickened.
