Bakso Goreng Ayam
fried chicken balls

600 gr chicken thighs, boneless
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp of palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
250 ml of ice water
300 gr tapioca flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Cara Membuat:
Mince the meat and grate the garlic. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until there is a homogeneous mass. Let the mixture cool well, preferably in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Heat in a pan of sufficient oil and take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form a ball. Fry the ball for 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a chilli sauce. Enough for 40-50 balls.
