Ayam Tumis Weijen
Stir fry of chicken with sesame seed

350 gr chicken breast
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

Cara Mebuat:
Cut the meat into pieces of 2x2 cm as well as the lomboks. Mince the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and chilies for 2 minutes and remove from pan. Add the chicken and fry until brown. Add the kecap and water and continue to cook the chicken until done. Then add the lomboks/garlic, the sesame oil, the salt, the palm sugar and the pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and serve.
