Ayam Masak Kunyit
stir-fry of yellow chicken

250 g chicken (fillet/breast or thigh)
3 cm kunyit/turmeric
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/2 onion
1 red lombok
60 gr of green beans
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into strips and grate the kunyit. Cut the lombok in rings, the green beans into pieces and the onion into thin slices. Mix the chicken with the kunyit and oyster sauce and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry briefly until the color changes. Then add lombok and the beans and mix well. Then add the water, the salt and the palmsugar and fry while stirring until it is cooked .
