Sate Ayam Cilacap
Chicken satay from Cilacap

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g chicken
200 ml of water
1 tbsp asam water
2 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp oil
skewers
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red chilies
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tsp palmsugar
75g peanuts
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
 
Carta membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces of 2x3x1/2cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the water, the asamwater and the kecap and mix well. Rake 2 pieces of chicken on a skewer and rub it in with the marinade. Roast the satay slowly over a charcoal fire until brown and done.
