Sate Ayam Bumbu Kemiri

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr chicken thighs
3 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp kecap asin
satay skewers
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
8 cloves of garlic
8 kemiri nuts, roasted
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tbsp ketumbar, roasted
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix all ingredients well and marinate the meat for 45 minutes.
Thread the meat on the skewers and roast them slowly over a charcoal fire until browned and done. Baste regularly with the marinade while roasting.
