Chicken in coconut milk sauce from Central Sulawesi

1 chicken
200 ml santen cair
400 ml santen asli
2 stalks lemongrass
4 plum tomatoes
5 shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
20 green rawits
2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the chicken into pieces. Roast of fry the chicken until half-cooked.
Heat in a pan the santen cair with the paste and the chicken and bring to a boil. Add the lemongrass and tomatoes and mix. Then slowly add the santen asli and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked.
