Usus goreng rica-rica

Bahan-bahan:
300 gr chicken intestine
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
oil
water

Halsukan:
Bumbu:
7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
3 red rawits
1 tomato
1 lemongrass
1 cm galangal

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a coarse paste. Heat ub=n a pan the water and add the intestines, 1/2 tsp salt and 3 jeruk purut leaves and cook until tender. Then drain. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the intestines light brown and let it drain.
